Recurring board & training templates

Board, training, lesson packages — the bills that are the same every month. Set them up once as templates and Kingly drafts the invoice on the day you choose, prorating the first month.

Steps

  1. 1Tap More in the bottom bar → Invoices → Recurring
  2. 2Tap New template
  3. 3Name the template
  4. 4Pick the horse
  5. 5Add line for each monthly charge
  6. 6Day of month and prorate first month
  7. 7Tap Save
  8. 8Recap
