Edit the lines on an invoice before it goes out
The whiteboard builds the bill, but you have the last word. This lesson edits the lines on a draft — fix a quantity, change a price for one owner, drop a line, add a one-off charge — without touching the record of who did what.
Steps
- 1On Today, tap Review
- 2Tap Edit
- 3Tap the quantity and fix it
- 4Change the price for this invoice only
- 5Trash can = crossed out, tap again to restore
- 6Add a one-off charge
- 7Tap Save changes
- 8The whiteboard log never changes — only the bill
