Founding member offer

Unlimited horses and team members on every plan. Cancel any time; your data stays yours.
How Kingly charges
The barn pays one subscription — Show Day, Barn or Pro. Unlimited horses and team members on every plan. Annual billing is 10× monthly (two months free).
Kingly's only other charge: $4 per owner invoice, plus $2 for each additional horse combined on the same invoice. The owner pays it — it's shown on the invoice and added at the pay link.
Card 2.9% + 30¢ or bank (ACH) 0.8% capped at $5 — Stripe's published US rates. Kingly adds them to the owner's pay-link total, so the barn receives exactly the invoice amount.
Nothing to process. The $4 Kingly fee is still a line on the owner's invoice; the barn collects it and Kingly bills the barn's card for those fees on the 1st of the next month. This begins when Barn #101 joins.

Worked example
Kingly grosses the pay link up so the barn receives exactly the invoice amount. The owner's total covers Stripe's processing and Kingly's fee — Kingly pays Stripe out of that, never the barn.
Kingly fee on this invoice: $4.00 ($4 first horse).
Totals are rounded up to the next cent so the barn is never short. Stripe's own fee on the grossed-up total may differ from the "Stripe processing" line by a cent; Kingly absorbs the difference. Card rate applies to US cards; Stripe adds 1.5% for international cards.
Processing fees, side by side
On every other rail the barn pays the processing fee out of the invoice. On a Kingly pay link the owner's total covers it and the barn receives the full invoice. Enter your numbers.
Published list rates from each vendor's pricing page (links above). PayPal, QuickBooks, Stripe and Venmo rates are for US accounts; promotional or negotiated rates may differ. Cash and checks cost nothing to process anywhere — on Kingly a $4 fee per offline-paid invoice is a line on the owner's invoice, collected by the barn and billed to the barn on the 1st (begins when Barn #101 joins).
